Alison Doody
Alison Doody (born 11 November 1966) is an Irish model and actress. After her first small part as an archaeologist Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, 1989's Elsa Schneider - a Nazi-sympathizing character in A View to a Kill (Bond film, 1985), she went onto perform the role of Nazisympathizing Elsa Schneider. The other roles she played include Siobhan Donavan as Charlotte in A Prayer for the Dying (1987) Charlotte in Taffin (1988) as well as Rebecca Flannery in Major League II (1994). Photographer approached Doody Doody took up modelling that eventually led to a career in commercial modelling. Doody did not like glamour or nude work. This was a principle that was carried into her acting. The Storyteller episode from 1988 was her first appearance in the main part in the film Sapsorrow, alongside John Hurt Dawn French Jennifer Saunders. She also appeared alongside Pierce Brosnan on the movie Taffin. Her most recognizable role to date was as Austrian Nazi sympathizer as well as archaeologist Dr. Elsa Schneider opposite Harrison Ford in 1989's Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Doody is a part of the James Bond family, having played alongside Sean Connery and Jonathan Pryce in the film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Doody was part of Danny Dyer's The Rapture (2009). The Clinic, a medical drama, aired on RTE. The Asphyx was the 2011 version of her film. Pam Jefferson was her character in the E4 comedy Beaver Falls for two seasons. In 2014, she appeared in We Still Kill the Old Way. The Almeria tierra de film award was awarded to her on the 21st of November the 21st of November, 2018. In addition, she was awarded a star at the Almeria Walk Of Fame.
